Colleen Gallagher, DPT
Colleen Gallagher, DPT has been a practicing Physical Therapist since 2000.
Colleen grew up in California but started her education at the University of Arizona where she graduated with a Bachelors in Health Sciences. She then returned to California and entered Chapman University’s Masters in Physical Therapy program, graduating in 2000. In 2002, Colleen completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at MGH Institute of Health Professions in Boston, MA.
Colleen has worked as a Physical Therapist at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and at Lahey Hospital’s Lexington outpatient clinic. Colleen joined Maragal Medical in 2019 as Director of Rehabilitation Services. She is excited to begin implementing robotic technology to assist in rehabilitation and collect data on patients receiving regenerative medicine injections. This data will help to advance the science of this conservative treatment option for patients who are suffering from neuropathy or neurodegenerative conditions as well as those that are considering joint replacement.
Colleen currently resides in Lexington, Massachusetts with her husband and their two children. She enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering in the community, running and traveling.
