Timothy Gallagher, D.C., Founder and CEO of Gallagher Chiropractic and Medical Wellness, is a licensed chiropractor and has been serving patients in Central Massachusetts since 1997. Dr. Gallagher earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts. He went on to receive his Doctor of Chiropractic at New York Chiropractic College in 1996.

Dr. Gallagher has always believed in a team approach to patient care, and in 2018 decided to partner with Maragal Medical and Michael Marciello, M.D. to be able to provide his patients with the best full-service care possible.

Dr. Gallagher’s expert diagnostic skills allow him to get to the root cause of the patient’s problem. Once a diagnosis has been made the clinicians at GCMW are able to offer cutting-edge treatment options including regenerative medicine (amniotic allograft injections), functional injection therapies, chiropractic care, rehabilitation, Class 4 laser therapy, weight management, and orthotics and bracing to help stabilize the patient’s condition.

Dr. Gallagher is the first chiropractor in New England to partner with a medical provider to form an MSO and full-service Medical and Chiropractic Clinic and is one of the only clinics in the region to offer Cox cervical and lumbar decompression therapy for more complicated spinal cases. He treats most common ailments, including sciatica, neck pain, back pain, arthritic pain, plantar fasciitis, and more. Dr. Gallagher customizes every treatment plan to meet the needs of each individual patient.

Outside of the office, Dr. Gallagher enjoys traveling, playing tennis, and watching his children grow up. He currently lives in Lexington, Massachusetts, with his wife and their two children.
